KB-90 Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 13, 2026 • California (Los Angeles County)

1) ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent where permitted) to use the Services.

2) PROGRAM IS NOT MEDICAL CARE

KB-90 provides fitness coaching and education only.

KB-90 is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

If you have a medical concern, consult a licensed healthcare professional.

3) ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring

under your account.

4) SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another payment processor.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

5) CANCELLATION

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next billing date.

If you cancel later than that cutoff, your subscription may renew for the next billing cycle and then cancel at the

end of that cycle.

6) ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• violate any laws or regulations

• harass, threaten, or abuse others

• attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services

• share, copy, resell, or distribute KB-90 content without permission

7) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All KB-90 content, branding, videos, training programs, templates, and materials are owned by KB-90 and

protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for personal

use only.8) USER CONTENT

You may submit messages, progress, or content through the Services. You grant KB-90 a limited license to use

this content to operate and improve the Services (e.g., coaching, support, troubleshooting).

9) AI / AUTOMATED FEATURES DISCLAIMER

KB-90 may offer AI-powered or automated tools (including meal planning). AI outputs are informational and

may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, allergies, and restrictions. Do not rely on AI

outputs for medical decisions.

10) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” KB-90 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND

NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KB-90 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,

or punitive damages.

KB-90’s total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid KB-90 in the prior

30 days (or prior billing cycle), whichever is greater.

12) TERMINATION

KB-90 may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse.

13) GOVERNING LAW / VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the

appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14) CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective

constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
